International Software Solutions Ltd will not be held liable for any damages, whether they be direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, nor will they be held accountable for loss of profits, loss of information resulting from use/misuse of SecuriT or business interruption resulting from usage.
Having chosen to install Secur-all, we accept that you have read this warranty, have understood it and agreed to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that the limited warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the parties and supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of the limited warranty.
